As part of the "Support for the creation of a National Network of Regional Competence Centres for Strategic Planning” initiative, RDA Centru, will improve their capacity to contribute in the competitiveness for the regional development process. This is one of the most important technical assistance projects for organisations responsible for coordinating regional development in Romania and is also supported by the European Commission's Directorate-General for Structural Reforms (DG REFORM).
Starting from the specific regional approach, in line with the realities of the territory, the OECD-coordinated project will allow the elaboration of a "roadmap" and an "Action Plan" for each of the 8 Romanian RDAs.
We are pleased to share this news as an example of cooperation and job between RDAs and public authorities trying to boost the needed areas of the region.
We encourage all the RDAs to participate in any project aim to improve their capacities and to be continuously learning in order to be able to transfer the knowledge to their region. As our members, we support the job and effort of RDA Centru to strengthen regional innovation competences, and to increase innovation among SMEs.
