PNRR objective: ART-ER activities for the National Recovery and Resilience Plan

Our member, ART-ER, which International Manager, Roberta Dall'Olio, is EURADA´s president, supports and actively participates in the Italian government action plan “National Research Programme” (PNRR) for the recovery of the regions finance by the European Commission programme NextGenerationUE.

The National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) is the document that the Italian government has prepared to illustrate to the European Commission how Italy intends to invest the funds that will arrive under the NextGenerationEU programme.

The NextGenerationUE, in which Italy has participate, is a program from the EU as a respond to the pandemic crisis which includes investments and reforms to accelerate the ecological and digital transition, improve the training of workers and achieve greater gender, territorial and generational equity. For Italy is an opportunity to achieve a full ecological and digital transition and to recover the historical delays that penalise the country, which concern people with disabilities, young people, women and the South.

ART-ER's missions and activities have been developed in the same line of the “National Research Programme” (PNRR) objectives and guidelines. Concretely, ART-ER actions have been focused on the coordination of the development of projects that are based on the research and innovation measures contained in the national planning, promoting information and supporting the coordinated participation of the regional authority, universities, research centres, enterprises, local authorities and other local stakeholders.

From EURADA, we are happy to share these good practices and encourage participation onn on EU projects, we are sure Italy and their regions will take the profit of this EU fund.
