The purpose of the program is to promote the sustainability of existing buildings in the community by improving the energy efficiency of thermal enclosures (exterior walls, roofs, windows, bioclimate solutions, etc.); Improve the performance of energy efficiency and renewable energy utilization in heating, HVAC, ventilation and sanitary hot water installations, and improve the performance of energy efficiency in lighting installations. Individuals such as residents, energy communities, building operators, lessees or concessionaires, energy service companies (ESE), local authorities, and public administrations can benefit from it.
