During the Ordinary General Assembly, the members that were attending the meeting approved all the points that were discussed, such as the approval of the result 2022 (which was presented together with the auditor’s report), the recognition of resignations and replacements in the Board of Directors, the welcoming of new members and the upcoming events organised by EURADA. Also, director Roberta Dall’Olio explained the different activities that were successfully organised during the first part of 2023.
During the Extraordinary General Assembly, the main topic that was discussed was the change of the statutes of the association. As explained by president Bogdan Chelariu and the director, in order to be in compliance with the law, the statutes needed to be modified before 2024. The new statutes were prepared and analysed by a lawyer and were sent to the members before the conference. The modifications were approved by the members during the Extraordinary Assembly with no additional comments.
Both meetings finished with a successful result and with all the topics approved. The next General Assembly and Board of Directors are probably happening together with AGORADA+. EURADA will confirm and inform the members with the final dates as soon as they are decided.
