DIH-World webinar: How to establish a DIH from the legal point of view

EURADA organised last Thursday, 2nd of September, the webinar “How to establish a DIH from the legal point of view”. This webinar was held within the framework of the DIH-World project which supports the DIHs with training and mentoring and provides them with access to a wide range of good practices through the DIH-World Academy. The Academy also provides tailored support to the participating DIHs and the DIHs selected for the experiments. 

The webinar was a success with more than 50 participants registered. Our Keynote speaker, Tereza Šamanová, from CzechInno Association (Czech Republic) gave us an amazing definition from the legal point of view of a DIH and underlined the importance of all the aspects during the whole lifecycle, not only in the foundation but also in the management and the termination of a DIH. She also gave some examples from the Czech Republic.  

Our other expert speaker was Fulvia Iancu from Transylvania IT Cluster (Romania). She helped us deeply understand more the structure of the Transylvanian IT cluster and allowed us to learn new legal structures and the importance of the partnership agreement as well as the challenges undertaken such as intellectual property or code of ethics.
