After 6 years of organising successful Brokerage Events for Innovation Agencies, EURADA and the European Clusters Alliance are pleased to invite you to the 7th edition on the 7th of April, 2022.

This one-day event aims to gather experts in the field of innovation to share best practices, to find new partners for ongoing or future proposals, and to learn from each other.

The sixth edition of the Brokerage Event for Innovation Agencies took place last year on the 25th of March, 2021 with great success. Last year, for the first time the brokerage was held online, instead of in person. However, this allowed us the possibility to reach more parts of the world and with that, more experiences, more success stories, more opportunities to make ourselves known, and most importantly on a global level, to expand our contacts and opportunities for collaboration. Although the event was online, the success of the event could be measured not only by the large number of participants, with more than 200, but also by the number of speakers, which totalled 36.

The Brokerage Event 2022 will be divided into two sessions: during the morning session, speakers from the European Commission will present different initiatives from Horizon Europe, Interreg Europe Programme, Interregional Innovation Investments (I3), and others.

Last year we had the pleasure to hear from experts from the European Commission: Christina NANOU from DG RTD and Tim CAULFIELD from Urban Innovative Actions. This year, we will have the pleasure to have as speakers different representatives from DG GROW, EISMEA and the Interreg Europe Joint Secretariat.

After this insightful section, some of our members will present successful projects, finished or still in progress. Later, some agencies will present project ideas for future collaborations. After this, some other relevant agencies will present themselves, how the organization works, their initiatives, and their interests.

Therefore, there will be more than 20 presentations by experts from development agencies and organisations involved in regional interests. All this with the collaboration of our president Roberta DALL'OLIO from ART-ER and our moderators Antonio NOVO, President of the European Cluster Alliance, Agatha FILIMONHead of the Sectorial Specialisation Office at ADR Nord-Est, Valeria TONCHEVA Chief Expert in Business Development at the Municipality of Plovdiv, and Kostas KARAMARKOS Project Manager at the Regional Development Fund of Attica. This year, taking advantage of once again of being online, we will be using the B2macth platform. This allows participating organisations to have all the time they need after the event to organise bilateral meetings with different organisations around the world. This tool will make it possible to find and establish connections between organisations who share common interests. Participants will also be able to organise meetings during the 14 days after the event.

If you want to learn more about innovation, potential funding opportunities available to you, and expand your networks, don't miss this event. Registration is available here. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our colleague Julia COLOMER.
