Upgrade your skills for a changing labour market: sustainable entrepreneurship and business planning

In the framework of the Erasmus+ project OBEC (One Block for Educational Credentials), EURADA is organising a free online course aimed at teaching new skills and competences for (self-)employment in a changing labour market.

The first lesson “Create your business idea and plan” will take place between 8 and 10th of March (09:00 – 13:00 CET). On the first day, together with EURADA’s founder and former director Christian Saublens, we will look at what questions aspiring entrepreneurs should ask themselves before even attempting to start a business. On the second day, young Valencian entrepreneur Adrià AGUADO of Miivo Mobility will share his insights on what it takes to make a sound business plan. Adrià’s knowledge of the start-up landscape and business background makes him the perfect teacher to conclude this lesson on the 10th of March, where he will share his tips and tricks on how to successfully pitch your business idea.

Between 15-17 March, our lesson “Working in a Circular Economy” will illustrate why a transition towards a circular economy is necessary, and how you can upskill your CV and business to meet the growing demand for skills related to this transition. On the first day, EURADA’S own Jerome FRIEDRICHS and Tessa ANNÉ will share their views on the necessity of a transition into the circular economy. On the second day of the course, circular economy facilitator (Flanders Circular), Stein JANSSENS (BE) will introduce you to the ins and outs of the circular economy. On the final day of the course, stakeholders active in the field will provide you with informative case studies. Dana KALISTOVÁ (CZ) will present her social circular enterprise Kabinet CB. Attila FERENCZI (HU) will outline the activities of his company active in waste management. Finally, Marta SERRANO (IT) is going to present the case study of Custom Regeneration, a circular enterprise re-conditioning wheelchairs… and not only that!

Participants can sign up for one or both lessons, entirely free of charge. Moreover, upon successful completion of one or both lessons, participants will receive a blockchain educational credential. Course materials, as well as for instructions for the educational platform, will be provided once registered.
