Project INNOSUP-05 is a European Commission initiative focused on the design and/or implementation of innovation support programmes for SME. In this context, the partnership resulting from the project's programmes arises Invest in Lyon, Berlin Partner & Rotterdam Partners. In March 2021, they decided to join forces to work on the strategy and innovation of the Access to Talent current challenge.
Last June, the Investment Promotion Agencies of the 3 areas (Invest in Lyon, Berlin Partner and Rotterdam Partners) held their last meeting of this collaboration and shared their conclusions on the initiatives implemented to attract, develop and retain talent for the benefits of SMEs.
After 15 months of collaborative work, the main conclusion actions were discussed, challenged and put into perspective with some key fundamentals: SMEs must adapt, cities must play a stronger role, universities and higher education institutions must open up even more towards SMEs, and IPA must act as catalyzers.
We would like to communicate this new case of cooperation between regional actors who, by pooling their knowledge and skills, have been able to bring new initiatives with a positive impact, in this case, on the development of SMEs.
And not only that, they have published the process and the result of the work carried out in a presentation. You can also find the news here.
