The topic of Energy Communities will be expounded on during this meeting through several sub-questions that will surely encourage an exchange of ideas. After defining what an Energy Community is, the group will separate into breakout rooms where sub-questions will be discussed. An example of a sub-question includes “Do energy communities solve the issue of energy poverty?”. Sound interesting? There will be several other sub-questions and participants will have the option to go from one breakout room to the next. You are invited to take part in this interactive and participatory Working Group to learn more about the topic and share your opinions during the meeting.
The Smart Heritage Cities Working Group is a high-level discussion group aiming to gather experts and practitioners to share knowledge on the topics of smart cities and communities in cultural heritage areas.
The WG’s 5th meeting will continue to delve in various aspects of energy communities, answering questions which were not discussed during the 4th meeting entitled “Energy Driven City Renovation”.
This group has been created on the initiative of the H2020 project POCITYF, as part of the work on Clustering and Coordination with Smart City Initiatives and Partnerships. If you have any questions about this working group, please do not hesitate to contact our colleague, Ivana Rae Almora.
